October 26, 2021 - Have loved these for years. Past prime with hints of once great flavors and finish.

May 29, 2018 - Pungent aromas of lavender, rosemary, French herbs and then red cherry. Medium+ body which offers up lots of flavour with sour, bruised red cherry, savoury grilled meats on the mid palate and a savoury, spicy finish. Complex, enormously enjoyable and fantastic value.

February 16, 2015 - Tragically, this wine may be moving past its prime. It was a beauty while it lasted, but the fruit is not as bright as it once was. Drink now, if you still have some.

April 2, 2014 - The biggest disappointment with this wine was the bouquet, which didn't exist. It was a pop and pour, so i probably should have allowed it more time to breath, but even after sipping for nearly an hour I wasn't picking up much of a difference. Apart from nose, the fruit was pleasant enough, showing mostly dark elements and bit of forest floor, but overall nothing all that rememberable.

September 14, 2013 - 'Le Pigeoulet' is the name of the plot where the winery resides at the foot of La Crau. More mineral, more concentration in the aromas vs the '10 Montfaucon. A fantastic and fresh appeal on the palate.
    80Grenache, 10Syrah, 5Carignane, 5Cinsault.
