January 20, 2024 - Light, bright, and crispy; great for a rainy day afternoon. Apple flavors, and fruity blossoms bouquet. It is drinking well.

June 19, 2023 - Excellent with oysters! A really fine effort here, I think it beats Iron Horse’s similar offering (Brut X) by a small margin. Both wines have little to no dosage added. Really happy I discovered this.
