September 15, 2020 - My last bottle. Remains fresh with excellent acidity. Not aggressively varietal at this point, which works for me.

August 7, 2020 - Guava, grapefruit peel, mint, wool, white flowers. Quite fresh and clean with a bit of chile on the back end. Gains in complexity over the course of a few hours. Drink now.

August 13, 2018 - Interesting contrast to the last bottle. This one crisp, mineral and with plenty of acidity. Citrus/apple/pear on nose and with a saline quality. Terrific with food. I have a few of these left and I hoping they resemble this one.

December 22, 2017 - Unique Sancerre as it features fruit expression over structure. Little acid or mineral. Tasty fruit but disappointing.

May 9, 2016 - Not a great showing, no density or mineral impact, just linear citrus fruit and faint grass.

September 8, 2015 - Really drinking nicely right now, great freshness and energy, delicious fruit. Very direct and on point, I have to think the two plus years in bottle have helped quite a lot.

May 31, 2015 - Drank in memory of the magnificent Danny M., who liked Sancerre. Lovely and fitting.

February 20, 2015 - Consistent with previous bottles. Super crisp with lemon and lime notes with underlying minerality. Paired well with grilled shrimp with lemon pesto.
