May 20, 2014 - Aangename geur.

Mist daardoor balans. Misschien niet helemaal zuiver? Nog maar eens een fles proberen.

November 21, 2013 - Large scaled, alcoholic and slightly peppery, this wine is good and has excellent varietal integrity but is just slightly out of balance for my liking. The heat on the finish certainly detracts from the opulence of the grape variety. Very clean and well made with plenty of depth and a strong mineral personality.

October 26, 2013 - High toned and typical Viognier nose - white flowers, a impression of wet stone. On the palate, nice flavour profile that echos the nose but high alcohol does intrude and takes the wine slightly out of balance. Still, for its varietal purity, it is a good wine.

September 3, 2013 - A good viognier that displays true varietal expression and no small measure of opulence but is slightly overbearing in terms of alcohol - one senses every bit of its 14.5%. It is an excellent wine that offers value for money but is outclassed by the Cuilleron Vin de Pays for the same cost.

August 21, 2013 - Chateauneuf-du-Pape Tasting (Caros Wines, Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand): Light straw. Viognier nose with herbal and mineral nuance. Bright palate - rich and ripe mouthfeel but with surprising definition. Very clean and well made and an interesting wine to compare with the Cuilleron Viognier. 14.5% marked alcohol.
