June 27, 2015 - Per previous note, but seemed a tad flat, with less life in the fruit. Still a good deal.

May 25, 2015 - The grapes are sourced from a 50 year old hillside vineyard owned by Jean-Marc's Great Aunt. Floral nose with a very fresh profile. Light and airy with notes of pomegranate and red fruit. This was not as serious or deep as Burgaud's Morgon wines from the Cote du Py but was a very nice fruity Summer porch wine. Serve slightly chilled. Good value at $13. Drink now. 87 points.

January 15, 2015 - An absolutely beguiling nose of floral-scented red fruits was followed by a muted, too cold, wine (taken directly from the cellar). Still, it had appeal and as it warmed it grew more attractive. A bottle at proper temperature would probably be quite lovely.

December 31, 2014 - A bit heavy of a beaujolais: weighty, deep cranberry fruit. With air, opens with some rock/slate and more elegant mouthfeel. A good amount of wine for the money.

June 22, 2014 - Nice mid-ferment nose; Bright fresh fruit; Not a lot of secondary; Drinks nice; Adds a bit of spice as it opens

June 1, 2014 - Mid weight, reasonably rich. Straight ahead red fruit with earth undertone/minerality/acid. Tending towards dark than bright but still crisp. Moderate tannin.

January 22, 2014 - Pure with charming red fruit, somewhat simple. However, it was just opened as well and I am told these are "very serious and need time."
