Community Tasting Notes 3

May 24, 2015 - Too much of a black licorice thing going on for my taste. After a day in the fridge and then a lot of air, this became much more pleasant. Certainly a great deal of typicity, and I think this could pass for a St. Jo.

    April 28, 2015 - Day 1:
Quite a lot of plum, blueberry, red berries fruit plus a touch of eucalipse. Thick velvetty tannin. Noticeable volcanic mineral reminded me of etna. Nicely structured acidity. Balanced.

    Day 3:
Contrary to my initial expectation from day1, just fallen apart rather than gettting better. Chinese yangmei juice with a lot of raw wood and pencil lead. Green.
