August 8, 2022 - Prior bottle was almost 7 months ago and the wine continues to show well, but is clearly evolving. White apple, white peach and yellow peach notes on the nose. Medium bodied with white apple and yellow peach upfront, moving to golden peach through the middle. Mid-body has less white orchard fruits and more yellow, almost golden fruits (apple, peach and passion fruit). tropical notes towards the back are also becoming more noticeable. The acidity is keeping up for now, but this bottle felt a little more fruit dominant than my prior bottle. The acidity still has some energy, but continues to integrate. For now, and as long as the acidity remains a solid element, this wine should be quite rewarding. But if you're looking for balance between fruit and acidity, this is probably peak. From here on out, the wine will still remain enjoyable, but in a softer, more fruit focused frame.

January 25, 2022 - Prior bottle was nearly three years ago and this wine continues to show well. Nose was much more whitefruit dominant (white apple) than previously (no green notes and no gold notes). Medium bodied and like my prior bottle, white apple and peach upfront. Mid-body continues to show increased depth and some tropical highlights. Acidity is in better balance with the fruit overall and more integrated on the backside. Still provides very good structure and contributes some liveliness to the backside. Overall, a more balanced expression, allowing the fruit to shine through, but not old enough yet that the softer fruit notes become more prominent. Next bottle for me might be as soon as Fall 2022.

March 20, 2020 - Compared to my previous note, more orchard fruit and tea notes coming through. Excellent balance of sweetness and acidity.

August 3, 2019 - Lovely balance here, if a tad “warm”. Mango, passion fruit notes, with a nice broad mouthfeel.
