July 2, 2022 - No in depth notes, from memory. Brilliant showing, once again. Reading my first note from this wine I find myself agreeing with pretty much all of it now, five years later. Still great acidity and energy. Serious depth on both nose and palate. Just a firm and steady journey towards maturity. In a great place. This label is such a good investment after 7-8 years in the cellar.

October 3, 2021 - Delightful. Had a previous bottle in February 2020, very good then, even better now. Fruit is richer, citrus and gooseberry. Minerals and a hint of spices brings complexity. A certain level of acidity (more than previous bottle) keeps it very fresh. Feels both younger and more complex than previous bottle, in its prime window I would say. For sure can go beyond 2021.

June 23, 2020 - Was afraid it would have gone way past its peak, but boy - was I wrong!
Intense lemon colour & with an incredible lemon meringue, lemon drop core. Caramel is the word.
Great structure, with a waxy, veltliner-feel, but add unto that both a savagnin-texture & chablis-like/assyrtiko minerality.
Good stuff that'll make an impression (& an eye-opener) bringing to a tasting! -

February 29, 2020 - Would be hard to pin down blind, i.e. unique, not mistaken for any of the major grapes. Nose is almost herbal, palate some citrus, but more towards gooseberry, while not acidic. Instead well rounded, with a hint of sweetness (but just on the right side).

June 24, 2019 - Slightly oxidized. Decent still the first day, it fell apart fast.
