August 13, 2016 - Really fun wine. Tons of acidity, good verve to the wine and a solidly complex flavor profile. Fun appertif
August 28, 2015 - Crisp minerality and notes of citrus.
February 9, 2015 - Prima esperienza con il Timorasso. Al naso floreale e minerale.
In bocca abbastanza equilibrato, intenso e persistente.
January 19, 2015 - Pop and pour, I really enjoyed this. Good acidity, lots of minerality, some stone fruit. It mostly resembles a dry Riesling.
January 15, 2015 - Brassy color. Mild, stoney nose. Bitter lime, slate, mouthfeel is clean, dry, with some sharp edges. Very little fruit profile. Good with food, medium long finish.
September 1, 2014 - consistent notes w prior three. enjoyable
June 4, 2014 - Pale yellow with a watery rim. Not a lot on the nose...some white floral honeysuckle, lemon and grapefruit, but you need to work to get the aromas. Medium plus body and medium plus acidity. Loads of lemon and saline flavors on the palate with mouthwatering acidy. Some white grapefruit. Very refreshing but with a bit more weight than a Sauvignon Blanc or Albarino, both of which I would consider to have similar high acid, lemon/lime profiles. Enjoyed quite a bit.
May 16, 2014 - Definitely taste some lime and a fair bit of mineral flavors. A nice dry white - and a pretty good value at the price point.
April 15, 2014 - Light straw color. Crisp lime and green apple flavors with light minerality. Like a well-done Sancerre. A Garagiste over-sell (if you can find star anise in the profile, let me know. I missed it), but still a very nice wine from an obscure region, and well worth the buy.
