    April 8, 2024 - 과숙된 사과향이 뿜뿜
    맛은 그것보다는 더 부드러움
    갈변되기 전 마지막 맛있는 과일의 끝 맛

December 26, 2022 - The wine is crisp, aromas of pear, green apple, light brioche and almond notes; firm acidity and minerality on the finish with lemon and vanilla hints.

August 2, 2022 - A fine, complex and even nose of bread, red fruits, citrus and chalk. It has good richness and depth and beautiful balance. It sits so nicely in the glass, with a fine bead and creamy mousse. The finish is dry and full of subtle savoury nuance.

April 5, 2021 - Nice hints of toast and red fruit on the nose and palate. Well balanced acidity. Hint of sweetness which complemented the fruit. Good length, good vfm.

April 2, 2021 - Slightly sweet fruits with a bitterness on the finish. The nose was yeasty and inviting but the palate was a let down. Lacks the palate cleaning factor that makes champagne so delightful.

December 4, 2020 - In one word: enjoyable. 100% Pinot Noir.
Pale straw, very fine bubbles. Aromas of bakery, red fruit and herbs. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium alcohol and 12% abv, medium(+) body. Delicate palate follows aromas with fresh acidity. Very fine mousse supports elegant and clean finish. Goes well on its own of course, or with lighter fare.

April 22, 2019 - Absolutely perfect with a spread of smoked salmon, insalata caprese, brown shrimps, avocado, potato salad with bacon, and delightfully chewy baguette. These rich flavours work best with the spicy richness of a Pinot Noir ‘vinifié en blanc’ and their fattiness is cut very nicely by the mousse.

March 22, 2019 - Purchased at auction - I don’t think they make this cuvée anymore. Not sure when this was disgorged, but probably at least three years ago. The post-disgorgement ageing becomes the wine, it retains a delightfully bright, mineral freshness and energy, and the fruity richness (apple, red berries) is complemented by mature notes of honey and spice. Creamy texture, soft but vibrant mousse, powerful but not without a certain elegance. It reminds me of the Horiot Sève tasted recently - could this be a 2012 (base wine) too? Good stuff.
