    August 21, 2016 - Note : I use a scale on which 85 represents a very good wine.

Well made wine, nothing all that memorable -- did now wow me as it did others.

April 18, 2015 - Enjoyed over several nights. Have limited experience with verduzzo wines. I found it quite subtle, as it moved back and forth from suggestive to more well-defined. Good deal of mineral/chalky undertone, and this combined with a sensation of citrus, with a semi-grapefruit undertone, but not at all like you'd get forward in a SB, more on the palate as part of finish. Dry with some softness, but still reasonably crisp and clean. Nose was similarly subtle. Resonate with Atwellian's review. One more bottle to look forward to at a later date.

November 19, 2014 - Fantastic wine, well described by others. Went perfectly with linguine and clams (white wine sauce).

September 30, 2014 - Light brass. Dusty, mild citrus nose. Very smooth, soft mouthfeel. Pleasant and interesting bitter lemon/lime flavor, a bit too soft in the mid-palate. Nice long finish. Interesting changeling quality as each sip seems different in balance and structure; soft, then perfect, then soft again. Very good, perhaps needing time in bottle to settle down?

September 16, 2014 - Had with sushi. The lemon and minerality paired well with the rolls.

June 22, 2014 - Wow. This is a serious white wine. Presence of sap and extract, yet completey balanced. Green fruit, pollen and loads of crushed rock. Top notch northern Italian white. 8-17-8-9.

June 15, 2014 - Excellent bottle, minerals some tropical fruit, lemon zest. Light to medium bodied and delicious. Paired beautifully with seared scallops and linguine, I think these Friuli wines are the best thing I have bought from Garagiste.

June 13, 2014 - Cork very tight. Initial aromas similar to sauvignon blanc. Developed nicely in the glass. Seemed a great food wine (pasta with anchovy carbonara), and certainly can stand on its own as a refreshing aperitif.
