April 9, 2024 - Part of a champagne sparking tasting.
My notes for this one were atrocious but it was my favourite of the night.
April 4, 2024 - PNP. Pale copper color. Apple, pear, honey, and subtle brioche. Mostly dry palate. Just the tiniest hint of sweetness. Modestly voluminous bubbles, which leaned toward the coarse end of the spectrum.
Overall, a very quaffable Champagne. This was served on my United flight from Houston to Munich.
March 30, 2024 - Never disappoints. Pretty, soft nose of apple and apple blossoms. Darker fruit on the palate with a backbone of light toast. Light but in no way insubstantial.
March 24, 2024 - United Polaris wine. Tart apple with toasted baguette and good enough weight and balance.
March 13, 2024 - Peu dispendieux pour un Champagne et peu intéressant.
Peu de ressemblance autre que le nom.
February 10, 2024 - Had with friends and we all enjoyed it.
January 7, 2024 - The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, lime, apple and biscuity. It tastes like grapefruit, lemon, lime, apple, pear, toast, apple blossom, bready and biscuity. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
January 1, 2024 - Fresh green fruit high acidity
Light body
Not enough secondary for me
Not enough yeast
September 2, 2023 - This bottle was fantastic, creamy, with white peaches and apples, fresh, fine creamy bubbles. Perfect match to 'Brillat Savarin' treat.
May 29, 2023 - Bubbly Party- Weekend with the in-laws - back garden. (Bishops Stortford): Apples and creme fraiche, some yeasty notes, fine mousse with good weight and easy drinking. Again, not the most complex but delivering. Clearly wine of the weekend.
