September 17, 2021 - Scent of roast meat with some floral (dried lavendar).
Smooth entry and flavors of seasoned roast pork and blackberry jam, plum, and a little tobacco.
Medium length finish. -

May 17, 2020 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for 30 minutes. Nose of blackberry, plum, smoked meat, bramble, loamy earth and spice. Blackberry, plum, gamey meat, earth and spice on the palate. Finishes with good persistence. Full bodied. Served with smoked pulled pork.

March 16, 2019 - Excellent. Lilacs, violets, some savor grilled meat notes. Dark vibrant fruit with really good acidity and grippy but tasty tannins. New world Syrah and very tasty.

December 15, 2018 - Big nose of kalamata olive. Olive, pepper and mixed berry aromas. This was very savory and had to be sipped. This was WOTN and no lower than two for anyone. 94
