May 25, 2022 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Appearance: Clear, deep ruby. Nose: Clean, medium intensity with aromas of blood orange, bell pepper, blackberry, tobacco, and earth. Palate: Dry, medium+ acid, medium tannin, medium+ body, medium intensity, 13.0% abv with developing flavors of blood orange, bell pepper and dark earth with a medium finish. Can drink now or over next 2-4 years.
