February 23, 2024 - Raspberry, strawberries, white pepper, long and very well balanced. Drinking really well right now.

September 23, 2023 - This bottle was a little thinner than last and also had quite a lot of green notes that I didn’t pick up in previous bottles. Very good still but not as good as last time.

June 28, 2023 - It gets better with every bottle I drink, in perfect shape now and will probably hold for a couple of years. The jammyness is not as dominant as 1,5 yeas ago but it sure has a lot of blueberry and sweet fruit notes. Oak and tobacco in the background, medium acidity.

January 22, 2023 - Second bottle, first half a year ago. Then, very jammy and not eapeciallly complex. Now so much more interesting, notes of cedar, eucalyptus and leather. Sure still some blueberry jam but not a problem. Developed and in prime drinking window.

December 29, 2022 - Glorious wine at its peak. Sherbet, eucalyptus, red berries. Lovely.
