March 11, 2023 - Great bottle of Dom! Nice toasty brioche on the nose with apple blossom and baked pie crust. Also notes of sea shell, chalk and hay. Palate showed crisp tart apple, with loads of minerality, some oyster and hints of Meyers lemon. Also some baked apple pie notes. Nice finish. Maintained freshness through drinking! Easy 95+!

March 10, 2023 - PnP. Small bubbles, opens within a few minutes and shows orchard fruit, a hint of hazelnut and just a suggestion of yeasty notes and mushrooms. On the palate it is medium bodied with medium acidity, gives a creamy mouthfeel and a long finish. It does not impress with thrilling elements, but it impresses with its perfect balance. In a nice spot now and has still a few years ahead.

February 20, 2023 - Dusty lemon and stone-fruit aromas at first. Then comes flowery notes and something more earthy amd mushroom-like.
