November 19, 2016 - During a tasting lunch at Colgin. Medium yellow. Rich buttery and oaky nose, vanilla. Full bodied, but not overdone, enough acidity.

October 23, 2016 - A winner...full bodied with a hint of oak and a smooth beeswax texture. Will get even better with age.

The oak here is easily offset by the depth of the material. Fabulous length. Extremely impressive and already can be drunk with pleasure. Probably not one to lay away indefinitely.
