June 20, 2018 - Opened by Billhike. Medium straw color. This had a fuller body with a moderate bead. Heavier white fruit notes with bread dough. 90-91 points.

May 6, 2018 - Disgorged in Mars of 2012. Profiled and deep but subtle. Delicious slightly metallic aromas, also memories of a bakery in the early morning and peppermint-like.
It has lost some strength but in the mouth it has that thrust that the acidity of green apple provides. With tension and an excellent length. Almost glorious. It only lacks, in my modest opinion, something more expressive, more of that aromatic intensity I adore.
Degollada en marzo del 2012. Perfilado y profundo pero sutil. Deliciosos aromas ligeramente metálicos, también recuerdos de panadería en la madrugada y de hierbabuena.
Ha perdido algo de fuerza pero en boca tiene ese empuje que le proporciona la acidez de la manzana verde. Con tensión y una excelente longitud. Casi glorioso. Solo le falta, en mi modesta opinión, algo más de intensidad aromática.1 person found this helpful Comment -

April 21, 2017 - Rich, tropical fruits on the nose, bread. Full bodied, baked apples, fresh herbs, really nice.

October 17, 2016 - Fine Vines Fall 2016 Portfolio Tasting (Fine Vines - Melrose Park IL): Tasting, brief note. Bigger, richer and denser vs Brut BdB. 52% Pinot Noir. My favorite of the lineup today. Best to cellar for a year or three.
