November 14, 2022 - 14112022 - popped this to accompany our Somm TV bingeing. Color: still very young & vibrant deep ruby with bright rims. Nose: almost ethereal. Stewed berries, freshly baked blueberry muffins, tobacco & cigar box. Palate: medium body, medium high acidity with well polished tannins. Popped this & started to perform after 30 mins. Felt it reached it’s peak drinking period 2-3hrs after bottle breathe but started to decline at the 5th hour mark. It was beautiful at it’s peak. Notes of chocolate & violet came through.

Very nice refreshing and vibrant aromas. Definitely felt more substantial tannin. Quite coarse.
