April 19, 2019 - Little shy on the nose at first but open up as it warmed up. Lots of white and yellow fruit with some sweetness; almonds and mineral notes, lots of viscosity and very good length. Approachable now but no need to rush.

January 31, 2019 - Long lunch at Kel's (Kelvin and Joyce's Place, Bishan): This was just lovely. Young of course, but very good indeed. The nose still has the edge of new oak to it, but there were lovely aromas of cream, white chocolate, sweet white fruit and honey, all redolent of the Corton-Charlie terroir. It was on the palate where the quality came through though. Rich, thick and unctuous, but nicely undercut by a little stream of balancing acidity, it unfolded in the mouth with lovely layers of white fruit, white chocolate and macadamia nuts, all this pulling away into a long finish lifted by a kiss of citrus fruit and a tiny hint of spice. With time, a spine of salty, saline minerality came out quite nicely too. Powerful, yet lithe on its feet, with a friendly sense of ripe fruit from a warm, advanced vintage. This is not one for the ages, but it is a solid wine that should give a lot of pleasure in the short to medium term.

July 30, 2018 - Drank over two days, and showed consistently delicious. Full, intense nose of white flowers and ripe orchard fruit. Palate is rich and concentrated with superb vibrancy and precision. Just a ton of depth to this wine. Superb.

March 9, 2018 - Casual (Mostly) Burg Dinner (S.K.Y. Restaurant - Chicago IL): Superbly rich with lots of ripe orchard fruit and plenty of semi-sweet spice. Kept getting bigger and denser with more time in glass. Very long and powerful finish. Moderate structure, I'd think this best to enjoy in the next decade.
