December 16, 2020 - This is an extraordinary white. Pours golden in the glass and entices with aromas of quince, melon, unripe pineapple, bursts of citrus and of course a ton of well-integrated secondary notes. The acidity is through the roof, it's like drinking Savagnin and Chardonnay in the most incredible blend imaginable. Complemented by a creamy texture and wonderful balance of absolutely everything. Just starting to come out of its shell and has a shelf live of several decades. Grande!

September 4, 2020 - Absolutely beautiful wine. Citrus juice and zest with a doughy leesy mouth feel; oak feels integrated with subtle spice and toast. The acid is ripping still as this is drinking too young currently. I would feel confident aging this for some time to come.

August 16, 2018 - Henri Boillot Sydney Dinner (St Claudes, Oxford Street, Sydney): Medium minus intensity aromas of sweet spice, almost meaty/gamey notes. Muted on the palate as well. What's there (a little citrus and stone fruit) travels long. I think this is a little tired and forward. It's considerably softer on the palate than the other wines in this bracket.

September 28, 2017 - Much too young, this is very far from developed, for now certainly showing the richness of the terroir, very much a wine in layers, brioche and citrus here, very concentrated - a wine for the future. 93++
