April 19, 2019 - Its day was years ago

August 7, 2017 - Stewed red fruits and a med-light body make up the simple but friendly wine. The vintage is showing its age, so drink up, but with food the wine shows just fine.

November 12, 2016 - Just after popped, the wine was muted with nothing but dust to show. The next two days however the wine awakened. Not much fruit to speak of but the soft wine still provided interest. I certainly wouldn't hold on to this one any longer - no fruit, too soft.

July 11, 2016 - I have more of these, so will rate later when the bottle is closer in my memory. I can't recall how I felt about this one, so here are Rimmerman's Garagiste sales notes and a review from IWC: " Isaac Fernandez continues to deliver that bravado with confidence (and believe in his low-ball “of the people” tariff structure), allow his NO OAK, fresh refection of Tempranillo (and Ribera) to open over 2-3 days.anzer’s IWC (Josh Raynolds): “Deep ruby."
"Intense aromas of black and blue fruits, cola and peppery spices. Juicy and precise on the palate, offering subtly sweet blueberry and boysenberry flavors lifted by tangy acidity. The nervy and focused finish leaves sappy blue fruit notes behind. This is an outstanding value for the appellation. 90pts” (this wine is also set to appear on an upcoming list of “Year’s Best of Ribera del Duero” by a major national wine journal/magazine – JR)
