September 1, 2019 - Very pale yellow in color. Nose is very shy and does not give a whole lot - poached pears, white fruits and flowers. Medium bodied palate buttressed with excellent acidity shows hint of honey, sugar coated jellied white fruits, and a very long and very sweet finish. Is much better paired with salty blue cheese.

August 26, 2018 - This bottle did not show well to me . IT had plenty of sweetness and the fruit was heavy but IT just seemed rather plain and not extra special like other bottles I've had.
