October 21, 2022 - Celebrating our friend finishing his cancer therapy! Cork broke on opening, but happily the wine is fine. Notes of leather and rich roasted fruits, complex and amazing. Wow!

September 20, 2020 - Drunk in early 2020, despite the drinking window ending in 2018, this bottle had aged gracefully and was at a stellar point when I opened it. Tobacco and some Brett were enveloping the remaining notes of raspberries and blueberries. Long finish of chocolate mocha. Definitely had a wow effect.

February 1, 2019 - A disappointment. At this point should have shown some aged character. Instead the fruit was weak and the mouth feel shallow. 2nd bottle this wine this vintage and previous one had some time ago was noticeably better.
