    August 7, 2023 - Drank with friends, no formal notes. Agree largely James Kim's note, this is just starting to show well and will evolve - and likely improve - with at least five more years of aging. Not mad we opened it now, it's quite good, but it will get better with more patience.

    August 7, 2022 - Decanted. Initially, tart lemons, done minerals, and a bit of saline. Now 2h after decant (in wine fridge) and w a bit of warming. Lovely aromas of honeysuckle, flowers, ripe apples, lemon curd, minerals and sea spray. Palate w tart apples,lemon curse, lovely minerals, wet wool, honeysuckle, flowers and some salt. Nice moderately long finish of lemons, minerals and wool. Evolving but also still tastes young. Drinking nicely but also think it will evolve more. Can easily go for another 10+ yrs

    August 12, 2018 - Couleur jaune dorée, limpide et brillante.

    Nez d’une intensité aromatique puissante sur des notes pures et précises de poire verte, d’abricot et de citron. Une belle trame minérale rehausse et met en relief ces notes. En background, de légères notes de fleurs blanches et de miel.

    Attaque droite et onctueuse sur du citron, de l’ananas et des épices.

    Corps ample. Milieu de bouche avec du gras, une belle matière onctueuse mais dynamique grâce à une belle acidité vibrante, soulignée par des notes de citron et d’agrumes (en particulier ananas). On remarque aussi des notes d’abricot et l’expression d’amers plus prégnants qu’en attaque.

    Très belle finale, longue et nette qui se prolonge sur de l’ananas, du citron, des épices douces et un début de notes mielleuses.

    Note: 17/20 soit 94/100

    July 3, 2016 - From memory. Decanted. But continues with my streak of mute whites. Almost no aromas. Palate shows some apples, white unripe peaches, some minerals. But these are mere hints. D3- Still very little aromas. Palate is a little fuller and broader than day 1 but still underwhelmed. Is this shut down?

    February 25, 2015 - Brief dinner at Golden Century: Musk, lemon, grapefruit and apricot on the nose. The palate shows purity and style with vibrant fruit and a crisp acid line. Lots of interest and character as well as being really enjoyable.
