February 20, 2021 - Jag är ambivalent inför detta vin. Doften är dammig och inte alltför inbjudande. Smaken är mjuk och ganska varaktig men saknar charm. Paradoxalt är den också en tanninbomb.

March 4, 2020 - Lots of depth with good Mourvèdre fruit here, but still undeveloped and tannic. Potential for 91-92, but needs 5-10 years more.

September 7, 2019 - very nice wine..bright dark color..nice fruit aroma..taste of liquorice and dark cherry..mild tannins firmed up as it sat open..enjoyed with cubed steak and gravy

September 5, 2019 - Needed two days to really stretch its legs but by that time the tannin monster had also arrived. This bad boy is all kinds of crunchy red and dark fruits. Tannins on Day 1 were stiff but doable. Day 2 and they were positively punishing...but there was also more fruit on display along with a fantastic spine of minerals and acid that makes the finish seem to hang in there forever. And what incredible texture! There’s a phenolic thing that gives it a red rope licorice vibe to it. What a fun wine but these really need a weather balloon full of air if you’re thinking of drinking now.

October 13, 2017 - Ruby. Wild, untamed aromatics of game and herbs. Medium weight, all black fruit, and then a finish dominated by penetrating, grainy tannins that make their way into every crevice of the mouth. You need to chip the tannin off your teeth after this has gone down. Completely unready.
