Community Tasting Notes 2

May 10, 2021 - Medium ruby colour, garnet towards the rim. Ripe mixed berries, cherry cola, chocolate, forest floor/sous-bois notes, and intense spice, with supporting acidity, partly resolved tannin, and good length. Fairly rustic upon opening, a little smoother after some aeration, in particular from day two. Ripe, broad and loosely structured, but enjoyable. Difficult to predict if the wine will manage to resolve the tannin before the fruit falls apart, I would not count on it. Two bottles left, time will tell. 89(?)

November 4, 2013 - Wonderfull glas of wine. Light and spicy and even with a smell of stable despite its young nature. Open and decant about 1-2 hours before you drink it. It reminds me of Mongeard Mugneret, Savigny Les Beaune from 2004.
