  December 31, 2021 - Magnum. Surprisingly lively and fresh with typical herbal notes of mature apple and brioche. Amazing depth for a zero dosage champagne, a style Jacquesson has mastered.

  May 5, 2021 - Brioche and minerals. Really nice creamy texture. This was a bit more lively and energetic and slightly better overall than a recent bottle of '04 Avize Champ Cain.

  October 18, 2020 - This blanc de blancs is incredibly robust, full and pure in its barrel-fermented chardonnay character. Ripe, yellow fruited with a touch of malolactic character, as well as a well-integrated and finely meshed leesy weight.

  February 23, 2019 - Doften ger gröna äpplen, hasselnötter, sommarblommigt, mald mandel. Med luft tillkommer bitteraktig mörk choklad men också smörtoner.
  
  Smaken ger gula plomon, jasmin,röd rabarber, även lite gröna rank-stjälkar.
  
  Med mer luft - gröna äpplen och gröna vingummin.
  
  89++ Vänta MINST fem år - troligtvis tio också. Det här är väldigt långt från klart, och har en sylvass syra över tio timmar. Vill du åt komplexiteten och en mogenhet måste du ha tålamod.
