December 6, 2012 - Apples are left outside until frozen. Ice scraped off, then apples are fermented (I think)... Super sweet, loads of acidity, long finish. Apple bomb obviously. Some people will love this, not sure it's for wine drinkers. Research process.
February 16, 2010 - people this is a fruit wine, it should taste like apples, we had this with foie gras and it was a match made in heaven, ice cold and it felt like there were autumn leaves on the ground.
November 15, 2009 - Very Strong apple taste. Reminded me of Apple Cider. quite smooth, nice wine.
March 29, 2009 - Wow, loads of apple. Pretty balanced. Nice and refreshing.
January 15, 2009 - funky appple taste--not really like a desert wine, more like fortified apple juice
January 6, 2009 - not pleasant, an odd taste that I didn't care for at all
