    July 31, 2021 - Ruby hue starting to turn. Nose: blackberry jam, red fruits, plums, anise, roasted meats, hint of oak. Palate: medium bodied, rich fruit. Nice harmony.

    June 8, 2020 - Farven er dyb rød.
    Duften starter med et ret massivt udtryk af røde frugter.
    Modne jordbær, toner af jordbærgrød, hindbær, brombær, små toner af, lakrids, kamfer, lidt røg/tjære.
    Hvor duften er ret massiv er smagen som duften bare mindre massiv.
    Smagen er blød, med sødlige noter af røde bær, moden jordbær er mest fremme med smags toner af duften. Fri for syre, men med modne bløde tanniner.
    Den virker lidt for poleret, sød og massiv i udtrykket.

    October 6, 2019 - Comparé aux autres cuvées du domaine, j'ai moins accroché: pas la franchise de fruit des Obriers, pas la finesse harmonieuse de La Peira en D, c'est plus classique, le boisé est beaucoup trop présent, racoleur, et l'alcool se perçoit plus. Finalement, ce "Las Flors" se démarque peu des productions locales, certes il y a de la finesse, du fruit et des épices, sans la pureté que j'affectionne sur les cuvées pré-citées. Un vin qui correspond à ce qui plaisait il y a 10/15 ans...

    September 12, 2019 - Not the big beast from the tasting a few years ago. Modern in style, raspberry dominant. Fine, but somewhat bland. Ok.
