  April 5, 2019 - A classic B&H fruit forward alcohol laden wine, that is also classically yummy. I'm a sucker for the 90% Cab Sauv that was huge and rich, but I also love the label. I think everyone else loved the lable as well and this was the first bottle drained. Very smooth with some hints of black pepper.

  August 26, 2017 - Decanted.
  Showing moderate sediment in bottle. Still a deep and opaque wine with a deep purple color.
  Richly scented with baking spice, cassis, blueberry and blackberry reduction, deep violet pastilles, vanilla creme anglaise and notes of brown sugar, toasted fennel seed and toasty oak.
  The palate is full, voluptuous and smooth with velvety tannins and moderate acidity. Flavors show a bountiful mix of blackberry, blueberry huckleberry and cassis that are laced with toast, vanilla creme anglaise, baking spice, brûléed sugar, violet pastilles, toasty oak and hints of licorice and sweet thyme. The finish pleasantly lingers.

  July 2, 2016 - Big and ripe style, almost port like on nose. Blackberry, plum, with some mocha and spice. Well balanced, with black fruit, and fine tannins and structure on finish. Still has some years
