April 15, 2015 - Very pleasant surprise - given the label perhaps. Well balanced with some residual sweetness, but not to much - equivalent in sweetness approximately to a typical "Feinherb" style from Rheingau. Good fruit. Would be a great match with asian food.

October 22, 2014 - Chalky minerals combine with some delicate floral elements and a tiny hint of paraffin on the nose. The palette is exquisitely structured, with a supporting hint of residual sugar that balances perfectly with the delicate, structural acidity and leads to the punchy, sour-lolly finish. Very impressive stuff.

September 18, 2014 - Tasting with Colin from Some Young Punks in Bergen, Norway. This wine is made from 12-22 years old vines. Its made with whole bunches. Fermented at 10-12 degrees. Some oak.
Nose destroyed because of dirty glas. Smells like a newspaper in my glas. Feels a bit sweet at once, good acidity supports that and does this wine pretty good in my mouth. Too bad the smelly glas.. -

September 7, 2014 - Bibendum Public Portfolio Tasting 2014 (Sydney, Australia): Lemon, lime and lanolin aromas. Tiny touch of residual sugar works nicely with the phenolics and acid. Showing well right now.
