August 10, 2018 - This bottle seemed lighter and less complex than the one in May. It went well with a flavorful fish and steak dish.
July 4, 2018 - An excellent Pinot that is just reaching it’s drinking window. Very herbal with dark fruits that went well with grilled steelhead.
May 27, 2018 - The wine is finally reaching its potential. Many of the PN from Oregon do not show well in the early years. This one appears to follow that rule. Great with a simple dinner tonight.
February 10, 2018 - Delicious well balanced wine. Ready to drink now. Salmon with lots of winter vegetables went well with this win.
March 1, 2017 - spicy and big.
August 17, 2016 - Good, but suffered from comparison with 2008 Bryce and 2008 Stoller Estate.
December 31, 2015 - a decent wine but somewhat subdued. Did not leave me wanting more, lacked a long finish... not much dimension or complexity...or strong fruit representation.
April 13, 2015 - some flowers, berries and dirt on the nose, vibrant, bright acids, all cherry, cranberry and raspberry on the palate, tangy and refreshing, lively and playful, this achieves vibrancy, had with panko crusted chicken breasts roasted in the oven
February 19, 2015 - One of the best of its vintage. Pop and pour. A bit darker in color than I was expecting. Tasted amazing. Fruity and sweet but well balanced. Delish. I will be ordering more.
November 2, 2014 - Pop and pour and served without food.
Dark purple color. Nose is black cherries and some licorice. Some good fruit although a bit sweet. Notes of toast and vanilla on the finish.
Nice but perhaps lacking in depth.
