April 6, 2015 - Nice sipper. Honeydew and green apple. Good acid. Exactly what this wine should be. Nicely balanced. Would be awesome with blue cheese.

March 7, 2015 - San Patrignano Wine Dinner with Federico Rainero (Gattopardo Ristorante di Mare): Drank from a magnum and pair with Shortbread Blood Orange Tart with Elderflower Sorbet.
Fresh and elegant, with lifted floral aroma and tropical fruits. Light on the palate with nice touch of sweetness that goes well with dessert. Nice Moscato d'Asti to round off tonight's dinner. -
