February 20, 2024 - Flamboyantly good. With a decidedly small sample size (not even a dozen bottles) the spritely 2012 was inspiring in a field of terrific whites. Luxurious, nearly salacious, richness. A nose worth of Helen of Troy’s perfume collection. And a textural umami that wasn’t outclassed by 2004 or 1994 Chave Blanc. Truly gorgeous bottle. Wish I had more. 1105 pts.
July 22, 2022 - Perfectly balanced, elegant, weighty, and delicious. Pears and texture of stones.
October 25, 2021 - Golden yellow. Nose of beeswax, honey and toasted hazelnuts. In the mouth, it's unctuous, consistent flavors as on the nose but also banana, toasted brioche, lemon pith. Finish is long with hint of tongue numbing, as you get with dry botrytised wines.

August 7, 2020 - This is a wine that has found itself and a very exclusive style which he executes in a formidable way. Free from acidity it celebrates the aromes of rose petals, butter, orange peel and a beautifull and very subtle nutiness. Its extraordinary length is in my expirience outstanding and after 24 hour unchanged and still a beauty. Exceptional even so this is not my native kind of white wine.
May 7, 2020 - Extremely complex and extremely full bodied. The layers in this wine is astonishing. Drinking at its peak now I think, but will likely keep for a few years.

Zitrusfrüchten; am Gaumen intensiv, fleischig, sehr kozentriert aber nicht überladen, strukturierte Säure; extrem langer Abgang mit Noten von reifen Birnen, Zitrusfrüchten, Holunder. Roussanne: 80% / Grenache blanc: 15% / 5% Picardan, Clairette, Bourboulenc.
July 28, 2019 - From a 3 hectare parcel of centenarian vines. A hugely impressive marriage of depth and concentration, floral and mineral lift and elegance, candied lemon and cream, delicately sweet oak, full-bodied and full-flavoured but elegant, butter candy, with a long an playful finish. World class. Quite magnificent.
