Community Tasting Notes 1

October 17, 2020 - Nose of gunpowder, green capsicum, and lemon. Palate is medium-bodied, with firm acidity. Sour tropical flavours of green mango, tamarind, banana, with a sulfurous note of cooked egg yolk. Finishes with a riper mango flavour and a touch of sweetness.
