April 13, 2019 - Blood grapefruit/orange, yeast, nail polish, flowers and beer/cider. Feels fragile in a way where you fear the mouse to be just around the corner.

June 24, 2017 - More funk than I remember when I tasted at DomaineLA. Or maybe some bottle variation? Drank ice cold so not much on the nose, strawberry guava on the palate, fizzy and very refreshing.

June 24, 2017 - orange color, slightly cloudy, frizzy texture :). nose with some funk initially, rounded cherry fruits. palate with minerals, citrus flavor, full body. Very nice, very interesting. 91 pts

July 14, 2016 - L. 2015 (vintage 2014). Gotta love the combo of old strawberry jam, sweet-salty liquorice, blood orange and ale yeast. Finishes dry and mineral. One of our favourite summertime starters!

June 6, 2016 - great fun in the summer again - develops nicely with air, great sparkler that goes well with all sorts of food - handling salmon, horseradish and asparagus with ease tonight
