The class and balance were evident in the glass,
but somehow the supreme balance degraded its appeal to me compared to its little brother, Les Perles de Mont Blanc. -

January 5, 2019 - Drank on New Year’s Eve. I was worried this might have gone down hill a bit, but no it was still fabulous. One of my better bottles in fact. Apple, a touch of peach, chalk, yeast. Belluard rocks.
