March 21, 2020 - Overall, this 10 year old Napa Cab is drinking well, and went lovely with our beef barley stew. While there was nothing offensive about this wine, in fact it was smooth and easy drinking, it just didn't have much excitement. It has an enchanting nose, nice blueberry fruit on the entry and a decent mid-palate showing light black pepper and cedar, but the finish, while tasty, is short and boring. Drink up, this wine has no other place to go but down.

November 25, 2016 - Opened up nicely after a 2 hours decanted. Great wine.

June 3, 2016 - Unfortunately not as robust as it was 18 months ago, drink now!

February 24, 2016 - Lush dark blackberry with hints of current. Paired beautifully with a steak dinner. Somewhat tannic, but not overpowering. Glad that I cellared this wine to give it time to mellow.

March 22, 2014 - Popped and poured. Nose of blackberry, black currant, mocha, cedar and baking spice. Rich black fruit core of blackberry and currant, mocha, dried herbs and fine tannins lead to a medium to long finish. Full bodied. Paired with ribeye steak.
