January 21, 2016 - Un très bon moment passé avec cette fiole, fraise cuite, framboise, cerise, une touche d'élevage bien intégrée, caramel, menthe. Complexité moyenne, acidité+, longueur moyenne. Élégant et profond. Signes de maturation mais pourrait encore être dans son peak pour les deux prochaines années.
