June 29, 2017 - Red Burgs and More at Mr. Jimmy's Farewell to Irving (Jimmy's Place, Mpls): Pale straw color. Drank 1 glass over 30 minutes. This was a nice pairing with our Greek salads. I'm a big fan of Louis Michel wines in general and this very good if not as remarkable as others. Citrus, saline, seashore minerals and maybe a bit less acid or something that gave it less energy and verve. 90(+?)pts.

March 15, 2017 - Piercing minerality and a mouth full of chalk. Acidity only medium but the wine remains fresh. Don't drink too cold. Good stuff.
