Nez minérale, petits cailloux roulés, fleurs blanches, une pointe beurré.
Bouche fraiches, caramel au beurre, un peu d’écorce d’orange confite, longueur moyenne. Bien, mais on pourrait s’attendre à plus de longueur. -

December 3, 2018 - Dommage, pas de notes écrites et le vin a été dégusté il y a quelques jours avant le Bachelder Minéralité d'Oregon avec lequel je risque de confondre mes souvenirs.
Beau nez avec toute la typicité de l'apellation, minéralité, citron ou pomme verte (?).
En bouche, une texture fine, une impression de salinité. Somme toute une bonne valeur pour un 1er cru.
