Community Tasting Notes 2

April 26, 2014 - Interlaken, Switzerland. Dark purple, almost opaque. Aromas of sweet dark berries, earth, herbs, cinnamon(?). Medium body. Medium to light flavors of dark berries, spices, oak. Much acidity, high tannins make this a bigger wine than the flavors present. Would another 2-3 years help improve?

December 7, 2013 - ChTR pikkujoulu 2013 (SKO-toimisto): Tasted double blind. Quite a strong wine, red berries like cranberrry, lots of tannins. Could take a few more years in the cellar.
