November 6, 2022 - Delicious and fresh - in a wonderful place right now! Yellow to golden color. Elegant nose with notes of white peach, pineapple,light honey, buttery. Intense but elegant and harmonious finish. Wonderful length. Some more years ahead.
August 7, 2022 - Golden yellow; a somewhat nutty nose with perhaps a slight hint of oxidation and/or some orange; broad soft attack, white pear, a bit neutral to begin with followed strong “buttery” flavours and a very long aftertaste; a “meaty” powerful wine with elegance; 80% Roussane
June 9, 2022 - Amazing lemon verbena nose. Lively and firm but just starting to carry a bit much oxidation for my taste.
December 18, 2021 - This bottle opened with a deep green gold colour and a nose of honeysuckle, lemon butter, grapefruit and pear lifted by a touch of honey. The palate is quite rich and round with quite delicious fruit characters reflecting the nose and just enough balancing acidity and mineral characters to provide the necessary structure to provide length and refreshment. This is an interesting and unusual food wine to turn to when Chardonnay has lost its appeal !
December 26, 2020 - Lots of oak there which detracted from the potential quality of the wine.
I did not find this one very enjoyable.
Why so much oak??
October 31, 2020 - Deep gold. Sweet tropic fruit and a touch of honey. Medium acidity. Well balanced wine with long finish.
August 27, 2020 - a little awkward like a wood cabin with incongruent plank lengths. But like the dryness never yielding though like a girl who wants to be a boy, there's some identity crisis happening here

Crushed herbs, white flowers, hint of honeysuckle. Lightly framed, perfect.
Powerful but finely focused. Great acidity and a long resonating finish. Talc, tropical fruits, nectar. Complex but never heavy. Great wine.

Tasted non blind.
Yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of honeysuckle, white pepper and Brandy soaked pears. Flavors of honey, apricot and yellow pears. Medium acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.
