July 29, 2023 - A memorable and rare occasion to taste it side by side same vintage of BW’s finest creation - Kirchenstuck. Packed a punch flavour and intensity wise, but felt so elegant and harmonious in comparison with a monster tasted after this. Pale golden colour. Intense and complex aroma of apple, peaches, honey, acacia, smoke, mineral stony notes. Medium body, rich and powerful, but at the same time elegant with restrained medium+ acidity. Beautifully structured rich and harmonious Riesling still in its youth.

April 14, 2023 - Bürklin-Wolf Tasting with Nicola Libelli (Freiheit Vinothek, Ulm, Germany): Glass: Zwiesel Sensory Burgundy
Tasted blind. Beautiful, complex and smoky nose, very deep.
On the palate still too young and not fully at its peak. Beautiful ripe acidity, very mineral, very dense, great structure, very long. 92-93+ -

January 26, 2019 - I can only echo Bob‘s comments. Substandard cork, but great wine. So opulent, but refined with perfect grip. Don’t wait any longer.
