July 19, 2014 - Ruby/garnet in color. The nose is clean, with black fruit and oak-induced vanilla and spice flavors. The palate is dry, with medium alcohol (13.5%) and tannins. The body is medium as is the flavor intensity. The slightly bitter finish just falls a little short. Drink now or through 2016.
