April 12, 2024 - Light ruby. Penetrating pine needle and olive aromas. Light to medium weight. Lean, crisp black fruit, herb, terrific acidity, and a strongly mineral finish. Outstanding wine that is delicious without being the least bit sweet.
March 6, 2024 - Several people felt something was off with this bottle, and it definitely had a clipped finish and a mute nose (one person straight up thought it was mildly corked). But, on the palate, it had nice dark red fruit, a hint of smokiness and minerality, and a vibrancy to it. I believe a sound bottle of this wine would be very compelling.
March 6, 2024 - Breton Tasting with France Breton and Baptiste Desrrouseaux (Flatiron Wines SF): Slightly off bottle. A bit tired and mushroomy on the nose. Better on the palate. Some people said lightly corked, and I thought maybe some heat damage. At any rate, seemed slightly flat, although it did improve a bit with air. Good structure and texture, moderate tannins.
December 21, 2022 - Medium to deep ruby with garnet edges. Moderate aromas of dark plums, prunes, roses, chocolate on the developing nose. Broad spread of dry red fruit on the palate, gritty with high acidity, medium tannins, light body, low alcohol (13%), long finish. Nice balance, moderate complexity, a lovely wine.

Vin qui a préservé la fougue de la jeunesse. Vif, fruit rouge acidulé, minéral et végétal sans dominance du poivron vert typique.
Aucune lourdeur et alcool à peine perceptible. Maintenu frais, d'une dangereuse buvabilité.
Est-ce l'effet d'un excellent millésime !?
October 25, 2022 - Dark ruby with pink edges. Compelling aromas with a wonderful aromatic character of red berries, mushrooms, loam, nutmeg, roses, and barnyard. Nice density of cherry fruit on the palate with a warm acid frame on a crisp tannic base. Lovely with a potato onion and cheese fritatta.
April 2, 2021 - Opened the bottle I´ve been coravining from the last 2 months. As my first TN, nice barnyard, fruit, acidity etc, good but very young. Feels like it´s going to be on top in 10-15 years from now.

February 12, 2021 - Barnyard, red fruit, meadow flowers, a hint of chocolate on the nose. Concentration of sweet and sour tannic acid fruit on the palate nicely wound together.
