May 28, 2019 - Enjoyable bottle. Mainly dried fruit taste, leather, tarry, slight tasty bitterness on finish.

May 19, 2015 - Medium garnet with subtle hints of bricking at the edges, this wine shows fresh herbs including dill, dried flowers and forest floor on the nose. The mouth feel was lighter than expected and brought wild cherry, blackberry as well as saddle leather elements in the background. The finish brought bright black fruit and seductive, slightly sweet tannins.
Purchased for $40US, this was a delightful bottle to share with a friend at Toscana BYOB in Cherry Hill, NJ. The qpr seemed a little off though as it drank more like a $25-$30 bottle.

May 11, 2015 - This didn't rock my world but it has good flavors and compares quite favorably with most ripassos. That being said, it seems pricey.
