June 3, 2015 - Rose petal, cedar, and spice on the nose. Bright red fruit, cherries, dense and juicy with a nice purity. A little short in the mid palate, with fine tannins on the medium length finish.

May 29, 2015 - Very pure, tart red fruit. Not a lot of secondary or tertiary development here, but also no spoofulation, just very true Pinot Noir fruit. A bit of rose petal floral character in the nose, too. Nice, and quite pretty.

May 26, 2015 - In its class, It's beaten everything I could think of to throw against it. Like others have said, it is a great advertisement for French Burgundy: A preview of coming attractions, and an every day wine to enjoy.
Not an overwhelming nose, and believe me I tried. But no flaws, definitely not a lot of SO2. Maybe a hint of rose petals.
Vibrant, acidic fruit palate of cherries that definitely wakes you up. A little hot. A very easy drinking wine, lively finish. Not tannic at all, I wouldn't expect this one to improve so much with age.
Definitely from old vines, which makes it interesting. Interesting for $22 is awesome.

March 6, 2015 - Smells of darker cherry fruit on the nose. Bill notes that it is really pretty, and so it is. Good tension across the palate.

February 7, 2015 - Good QPR. Iron on the nose. Decent fruit and balance for a village wine. Tannins unresolved, but enough fruit present for current drinking. Slightly hot on the finish. Good every day light red. Will last a few years.
