July 15, 2023 - Still hanging on, but not where it was on release. No score given because I think it is unfair to expect a 10 year old Rosé meant to be consumed early to perform much at this point and it drags down the average when people see it to evaluate a wine in general. Today I would give it an 86-87. Decent drinking wine still, but nothing more.

March 4, 2022 - This was still in great shape - fruity, earthy, and just delicious.

March 4, 2021 - My last bottle of 8, purchased 7 years ago. It has a lovely pale pink-orange color, like a Provençale cinsault rose. This has clearly seen better days, but it's not dead yet. The nose is still pretty vivacious, with strawberry, watermelon jolly rancher, peach cobbler and a bit of white pepper. There is a nice jolt of acidity to keep it fresh and interesting, but the fruit is fading and it's beginning to show that onion skin character that develops in older rosés. I recall this wine being intrusively oaky in its youth, and there are still signs of that, mostly on the somewhat limpid finish. Still, this remained open in the fridge for weeks (a glass here and there, some for cooking), and it held up much better than expected.

June 17, 2020 - Still holding up after many years. Has lost some of the overt oakiness that I didn't enjoy at release. Deep pink/orange color, flavors of tart peach and watermelon. Has a SB-like pungent grassiness on the finish.

January 30, 2016 - Crisp watermelon, minerality and nice balance with Sushi
